In this interactive session, Susan will share evidence-informed themes and practical techniques that bring mindfulness into daily life. By integrating playfulness, focused attention, emotional balance, and compassion, participants will explore ways to strengthen and support the way they speak, act, and relate to one another in both personal and professional settings. This session emphasizes real-world applications, providing participants with tools to reduce stress, foster self-compassion, and increase resilience in clinical practice, classrooms, or private practice environments.

Stefanie Goldstein, Ph.D. is a renowned licensed clinical psychologist and mindfulness educator. She is the co-founder of the Center for Mindful Living (CML) along with her husband, Elisha Goldstein, PhD, and is the co-creator of the Good Morning America featured popular teen program – CALM: Connecting Adolescents to Learning Mindfulness. Dr. Goldstein has spoken nationally, trained school districts in mindfulness and social-emotional learning, and has been a frequent contributor to Mindful Magazine. She also supervises and trains clinical psychology associates at CML.
